消息面上，利记昨日公布，预期集团截至2026年3月31日止年度取得公司权益股东应占利润介于460万港元至690万港元之间，而截至2025年3月31日止年度则取得约3610万港元的亏损。该转亏为盈主要归因于毛利提升，此乃受惠于产品及服务多元化、具韧性的供应链管理，以及于财政年度内的收地补偿。
