每经AI快讯，据华海清科官微5月6日消息，近日，华海清科全资子公司芯嵛半导体（上海）有限公司自主研发的12英寸大束流离子注入机iPUMA-LE成功交付国内先进存储领域龙头企业。公司表示，这是继此前该装备批量交付多家集成电路制造头部企业后，华海清科离子注入系列装备在存储芯片领域的又一重要进展。
