近日，辽宁沈阳，牟先生在高速上正常行驶时，突然一根下水管砸中车辆。前挡风玻璃瞬间碎裂，车内满是玻璃碴，保险杠、大灯、机盖和车顶多处受损。牟先生就近驶下高速处理，车损约15000元，万幸人未受伤。事后高速方面确认，肇事异物是一根掉落的下水管。
