【越乔】获悉，近日， 江宏花园危旧房改造工程已立项登记，将 对现存房屋进行维修改造，涉及建筑面积约8800平方米，并对室外场地进行修缮。 批准投资总额3274.18 万元 。
据了解， 江宏花园A区 建于1999年，为老旧小区， 小区总建筑面积52400平方米， 由13栋楼组成 。
