Ed Stafford spent 860 days walking across the Amazon rainforest, becoming the first person to complete the journey. He is a British explorer and survival expert, known to many in China through programmes such as Marooned with Ed Stafford and First Man Out.

It follows a structured 5S framework (SIP, SPARK, SUSTENANCE, SHELTER, SUCCOR), providing a clear learning path and encouraging a deeper understanding of the relationship between humans and nature.
