游戏驿站CEO瑞安·科恩（Ryan Cohen）接受采访时表示，游戏驿站已主动提出以约560亿美元收购eBay。
科恩表示，游戏驿站已持有eBay约5%的股份，并提出以现金加股票的方式收购eBay，报价每股125美元，较eBay上周五收盘价溢价约20%。
科恩还表示，如果eBay拒绝接受收购要约，他准备发起代理权争夺战，直接向该公司的股东提出收购要约。
