格隆汇5月3日｜蒂森克虏伯公司与金达尔钢铁国际公司(Jindal Steel International)已同意暂停关于印度公司收购其钢铁业务股权的谈判。这家德国公司表示，近几个月来，出售蒂森克虏伯钢铁业务的原始假设和先决条件已发生重大变化。该公司表示，在对其钢铁业务进行重大重组后，其目标仍然是使该业务部门实现独立运营。
