刚刚过去的4月，北京二手住房成交量超1.7万套，同比上涨超15%，创下近5年同期新高。并且，从全国20个重点城市来看，4月二手房成交量同比增长超13%，二手房市场“小阳春”行情延续。
有地产机构根据北京市住建委网签数据统计，4月北京二手住房网签量达17893套，同比去年上涨超15%。
