西藏日喀则昌果乡，平均海拔 4500 米以上，氧气稀薄，冬季漫长。两年前，一个叫刘腾辉的年轻人来到这里，成为大学生志愿服务西部计划的一名志愿者。从初来时的水土不服，到现在融入当地，两年间他经历了什么？一个普通青年在高原上能写下怎样的青春答卷？
