你用什么态度经营自己，生活就还你什么精气神

偶尔可以学学别人的小确幸：周末去花市买两株绿植，为家带来一星半点的新意；下厨做个简单的饭，和家人一起边尝边笑；失眠时不刷手机，换一本以前喜欢的小说，看几页安稳入梦。就是这些看似不起眼的小细节，把我们的生活悄悄拉离了“熵增”的泥淖。
