人民财讯4月30日电，4月29日，中国天楹越南河内垃圾焚烧发电项目扩建工程破土动工仪式在越南首都河内市朔山垃圾处理区举行。扩建工程总投资约2.2亿美元，规划新增日处理陈腐垃圾能力1600吨，新增发电容量45MW。建成后，中国天楹河内垃圾焚烧发电厂总日焚烧处理能力将提升至5600吨，日进厂垃圾提升至7000吨。项目年发电量预计超10亿度，可满足河内市约22万户家庭的全年用电需求。
