世界卫生组织总干事谭德塞29日在日内瓦表示，美国仍未缴清其在世卫组织的会费欠款，而美国若要退出该组织，缴清欠款是前提条件。
谭德塞表示，目前没有任何迹象表明美国会偿还欠款。
