财联社4月29日电，*ST熊猫(600599.SH)公告称，公司收到上海证券交易所下发的《关于拟终止熊猫金控股份有限公司股票上市的事先告知书》。因公司2025年度财务报告被出具无法表示意见、内部控制被出具否定意见的审计报告，公司股票触及终止上市条件，上交所将按规定作出终止上市决定。
