4月28日，上海曦智科技股份有限公司正式登陆港交所，发行价183.2港元/股，开盘涨超380%，市值约800亿港元，成为全球"AI硅光芯片第一股"。
此次IPO认购倍数近5800倍，基石投资人包括阿里巴巴、GIC、贝莱德、富达国际等20家全球顶级机构，是港交所年度最受关注的IPO之一。
