日本航空4月27日发布消息称，5月起将启动在飞机行李装卸等机场地面作业中使用人形机器人的实证试验，旨在应对人手严重短缺。日航初期将测试让机器人把货物集装箱从平板车搬运至机体附近的动作，正讨论2028年以后投入实际使用。
