格隆汇4月27日丨佐力小贷(06866.HK)公告，公司于2026年6月十8日举行的应届股东周年大会结束时：(a)陈健民由于其任期届满将不再担任公司独立非执行董事、审计委员会主席及薪酬与考核委员会成员职务；及(b)杨婕由于其任期届满将不再担任独立非执行董事、审计委员会成员及提名委员会主席职务。
董事会已批准于股东周年大会上选举沈伟及彭浚铭担任独立非执行董事的建议。
