中国日报4月27日电（记者 王敬）2026年4月26日晚，巴基斯坦总统扎尔达里在湖南长沙为中国医学科学院阜外医院副院长潘湘斌授予“巴基斯坦之星”荣誉勋章，以表彰其在援助巴基斯坦医疗方面做出的杰出贡献。
