康希通信(688653)4月27日公告，2026年4月24日（美国东部时间），公司获悉ITC行政法官决定基于撤诉协议，终止Inv.No.337-TA-1413案件调查。同时，Skyworks也向美国加州中区联邦地区法院对处于中止状态的专利诉讼提出撤诉，并获得法院的同意。至此，Skyworks已无条件撤回337调查和在美国加州中区联邦地区法院的专利诉讼，公司涉及本次337调查和专利诉讼的事项全部终止。
