4月27日，广西钦州市防汛抗旱指挥部发布消息，钦州市气象部门于8时启动重大气象灾害（暴雨）二级应急响应，9时启动钦州市防汛三级应急响应。
受影响区域的县、镇、村级防汛包保责任人应在岗在位，组织防灾、减灾、救灾工作；对易涝点、低洼地、地质灾害点等重点部位加密巡查，做好人员转移避险工作，提前预置排涝设备和救援力量。（央视新闻）
