4月27日消息，近日，南方黑芝麻发布公告，公司及创始人、时任董事长韦清文于4月24日收到证监会立案告知书，因涉嫌信息披露违法违规被立案调查。
公司表示目前生产经营正常，将积极配合调查并履行信息披露义务。韦清文已于 2024 年 8 月卸任董事长，其长期掌舵公司，旗下南方黑芝麻糊为国民级食品品牌。
