4月24日，国家能源局发布3月全国可再生能源绿色电力证书核发与交易数据。当月共核发绿证3.03亿个，其中可交易绿证2.04亿个，占比67.12%；全国实际交易绿证6256万个。从分年交易价格看，分化趋势明显：2024年绿证均价为2.08元/个，2025年升至5.95元/个，2026年新发绿证均价达7.76元/个，反映出绿电价值持续增强。
