当地时间4月22日，俄罗斯总统新闻秘书佩斯科夫表示，俄总统普京愿与乌总统泽连斯基会面，但只有在协议最终确定阶段，这样的会面才能富有成效。
佩斯科夫说，上述会面必须有明确的目的。莫斯科方面未看到基辅政权有解决冲突的政治意愿。（总台记者 王新俊）
