据央视新闻报道，总部位于英国的海事分析公司温沃德4月19日发布报告说，伊朗短暂重开霍尔木兹海峡后再次关闭，过去36小时内，有35艘船只在驶出海峡途中掉头折返。报告说，伊朗4月18日宣布再次关闭海峡后，有13艘船只折返。同一天还记录了3起袭船事件。（东方视频 巢思远）
