2026年4月22日，鼎胜新材(603876.SH)发布公告称，公司近日完成工商变更登记手续，并取得镇江市市场监督管理局换发的《营业执照》。公司注册地址变更为江苏省镇江市京口经济开发区金润大道392号，法定代表人仍为周怡雯，注册资本92,926.7213万元。
公告显示，该事项已于2026年4月17日经公司2026年第一次临时股东会审议通过。
