2026年4月21日，和邦生物(603077.SH)公告称，因设备老化导致成本偏高，公司拟对联碱生产装置及浮法玻璃生产线进行技改，预计时长均不超过12个月。
其中，玻璃产线拟将两条拆除，技改合并为一座1500t/d大型熔窑。和邦生物表示，本次技改旨在降低成本、提高竞争力，不会对公司正常经营造成重大不利影响。
