位于中医院北侧的杏林路被汽车和电瓶车占满了，而以前用于停电瓶车的路边却不知为何，被很多石墩堵住导致就医市民电瓶车无法停放，希望交警部门去管一管违停汽车，医院也要规划规划，别让车辆堵住了就医路、便民路。
