财联社4月21日电，最新数据显示，截至4月21日，四川累计外送电量达到20004.15亿千瓦时，突破2万亿千瓦时，其中，超99.98%为水电和新能源，相当于替代燃煤消耗约6.5亿吨，减排二氧化碳约16亿吨。这一规模约相当于江苏、浙江、安徽三省2025年全社会用电量之和。
