新京报贝壳财经讯 4月19日，永杰新材发布公告称，公司拟支付现金购买奥科宁克中国持有的奥科宁克秦皇岛100%股权和奥科宁克昆山95%股权。其中，购买奥科宁克秦皇岛100%股权的对价为等值于8600万美元的人民币金额，购买奥科宁克昆山95%股权的对价为等值于8900万美元的人民币金额。本次交易的资金来源为自有资金、并购贷款及变更用途后的前次募集资金。
