财联社4月20日电，早盘工业气体概念异动拉升，蜀道装备20cm涨停，中船特气、九丰能源、雪迪龙、华特气体、侨源股份等跟涨。消息面上，上周二，俄罗斯政府宣布，为确保国内市场供应稳定，已对氦气实施临时出口管制。这一新的出口管制将持续至2027年底。俄罗斯是全球第三大氦气生产国，产量约占全球总产量的8%。
