“咚”一声巨响，零件散落一地……近日，一女子花3.5万元购买了一辆“老头乐”，没想到上路不久就经历惊魂一刻——车辆突发故障，零件当场崩落，吓得她不敢再开。女子崩溃大哭：“我就要退车，真的不敢开了！”商家回应称：“确实是质量问题，没有不管，正在跟厂家沟通。”
