人民财讯4月17日电，ST银江(300020)4月17日公告，公司近日收到杭州市西湖区法院送达的《民事起诉状》及相关案卷材料，该院已经受理刘辉诉关于请求撤销《公司2025年第六次临时股东会决议》一案。原告刘辉认为，公司2025年第六次临时股东会在召集程序、表决方式上均违反了法律及公司章程，且存在严重瑕疵、对决议产生实质影响，故案涉决议应予撤销。刘辉系公司股东（据案卷材料显示，其持有公司100股股份）。
