格隆汇4月17日丨医脉通(02192.HK)公告，鉴于公司与现任核数师安永未能就截至2026年12月31日年度的审计费用达成一致，公司于2026年3月启动了外部核数师的招标程序，并于2026年4月17日经审核委员会的建议，董事会已决议提议任命德勤‧关黄陈方会计师行为公司的新核数师，自2026年股东周年大会结束时起至公司下一次股东周年大会结束时止。
