人民网哈尔滨4月17日电 （记者尚城）来自黑龙江省水文水资源中心的消息，4月16日8时，黑龙江干流卡伦山段（黑河市爱辉区四嘉子乡五道沟村）开江。
4月17日8时，黑龙江干流抚远段（佳木斯抚远市）开江，开江日期比历年早3天。
目前，黑龙江省主要江河中仅黑龙江干流漠河至黑河段、太平沟至中兴镇段、勤得利段及其支流额木尔河、呼玛河未开江，其他江河均已开江。
