近日，四川内江市民吉先生向扬子晚报/紫牛新闻反映，因当地残疾人乘坐公共交通工具的相关政策，身为农业户口盲人的他无法办理免费乘车所需的公交“爱心卡”。吉先生表示，他与其他残疾朋友曾就相关问题向当地有关部门反映，但一直未能得到实际解决。
