4月15日，针对哈啰违规超量投放共享单车被立案调查和约谈处罚一事，哈啰公司方面回应称，哈啰骑行北京分公司在新车置换与跨区域调度中，运力调度及响应效率上存在管理短板，未能将工作做实做细。哈啰表示已启动全面整改。
