4月16日，渤海银行发布公告称，本行于近日收到《国家金融监督管理总局关于谢凯渤海银行首席信息官任职资格的批复》（金复[2026]205号）。国家金融监督管理总局已核准谢凯先生担任本行首席信息官的任职资格，其自2026年4月13日起履职。谢凯先生现任本行党委委员、副行长、首席信息官。
