近日，众惠财产相互保险社发布临时信息披露公告称，经董事会会议审议通过，2026年3月31日，该社正式聘任梁欣鑫担任首席合规官，蒋波不再担任临时首席合规官职务。
官网简历显示，梁欣鑫，现任众惠财产相互保险社副总经理（主持工作）、首席合规官，此前曾就职于平安财险、永安财险、利宝互助和安盛保险。
