财联社4月16日电，乌克兰敖德萨州军政负责人奥列格·基佩尔当地时间4月16日通过社交媒体表示，俄罗斯对敖德萨的袭击已造成8人死亡、16人受伤。基佩尔指出，袭击造成严重财产损失，市内多处居民楼、港口及关键基础设施遭损毁，救援人员已赶赴现场开展处置工作。俄方对此暂无回应。
