马斯克4月15日官宣特斯拉AI5芯片完成流片，设计已移交代工厂，2027年启动量产，将由三星、台积电分别在美国本土工厂代工。
AI5芯片为AI4继任者，单芯性能对标英伟达Hopper架构，双芯接近Blackwell级别，成本与功耗更具优势，整体性能较AI4提升40倍，将作为自动驾驶、人形机器人核心算力芯片。此外，特斯拉AI6及Dojo3研发同步推进，还与英特尔合作Terafab项目。
