4月15日，泸州银行（01983）发布公告，四川金融监管局已批准王婕及邱伟的董事任职资格，任期自2026年4月14日起生效。
王婕被选举为公司第八届董事会非执行董事，邱伟被选举为独立非执行董事，同时邱伟担任董事会审计委员会及提名与薪酬委员会委员。
