近日，安徽芜湖。笨贼凌晨从楼顶“索降”进前公司偷东西，结果因操作失误，他悬在空中动弹不得，忍三四个小时后，不得已报警求救。
警察表示，该男子上上不去，下下不来，自己就报警，说是偷东西被挂住了，让警察救他下来。目前，该男子因盗窃被警方依法给予行政处罚。
