4月15日，据河南发布消息，河南省电子预防接种证上线了，可以通过“豫事办”微信小程序或App，手机上几步操作就能申领。
电子预防接种证就是“小绿本”的电子版，其记录了孩子从出生到现在所有接种疫苗的详细信息，包括疫苗名称、剂次、日期、厂家、批号等。
