秦皇岛市气象台2026年4月15日16时发布灾害预警提醒：预计16日17时至17日04时，我市自西北向东南将有分散性阵雨或雷阵雨（1～4毫米），降雨时局地将伴有雷电等强对流天气。
市气象台将根据天气变化适时发布雷电预警信号，请加强防范。
