当地时间4月14日，中国常驻联合国副代表孙磊在安理会也门问题公开会上发言。孙磊表示，当前，也门冲突双方互信缺失，和平进程陷入僵局，安全形势依然脆弱，人道挑战任务艰巨。中方呼吁，也门各方展现政治决断，推动重启和平进程，通过对话谈判化解分歧，争取早日实现和解，开启经济重建，国际社会应为此提供助力。
