格隆汇4月14日丨北控水务集团(00371.HK)公布，公司已于2026年4月13日完成向合资格投资者发行2026年度第一期中期票据。根据簿记建档结果，2026年度第一期中期票据发行总金额为人民币15亿元，期限为五年，于2031年4月到期，票面利率为每年1.94 %。
发行2026年度第一期中期票据募集资金用于偿还公司存续债券的用途。
