4月13日，江苏南京，卫生院用老式杆秤为出生仅4天的女婴称重，女婴不慎摔落，被铁秤砣砸到胸口，妈妈：宝宝一直在哭，被砸后哭声戛然而止，凌晨尿不湿上出现血迹，当地卫健委回应：正在处理调查中。
