4月14日，海关总署副署长王军在国新办新闻发布会上表示，3月份我国制造业PMI重回扩张区间，其中，新出口订单等指标明显回升；海关贸易景气统计调查结果也显示，反映出口、进口新订单增加的企业均明显增多。
“我们有底气、有能力持续推动外贸稳规模、优结构。”王军称。
