财联社4月14日电，PCB概念反复活跃，电子布、电子树脂等上游材料持续领涨，宏昌电子涨停，宏和科技触及涨停，均创历史新高，中英科技、沪电股份、方邦股份、鹏鼎控股跟涨。消息面上，机构认为，随着AI服务器不断升级，PCB正从传统多层板向高多层、高阶HDI持续演进。长期来看，算力将加速走向ASIC化，而ASIC服务器主板PCB单台价值量显著高于同代GPU服务器。
