格隆汇4月13日丨航天科技(000901.SZ)公布，董事会同意解散注销 Hiwinglux S.A.（简称海鹰卢森堡），并授权公司经营层在有关法律法规范围内办理与本次解散注销相关的事宜。解散注销后海鹰卢森堡停止存续，其全部资产和负债由唯一股东As-Hitechlux S.àr.l 承继。
