《每日经济新闻》记者获悉，近日业内有传言称，深圳某头部公募为降低离职率，员工下午三点半下班。并且能在三点半下班的主要是前台投研部门，不包括财务、会计这些中后台部门。
对此，有知情人士告诉记者，传言中的“三点半下班”并不属实：“因为投研是结果导向，听说是对考勤做了优化，3点半后打卡不代表下班，而是便于调研安排、路演等，属于弹性管理。”
